These Terms of Service govern the use of services, info products and goods offered by HomeLawHelp (homelawhelp.biz). By accessing or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms.

HomeLawHelp provides legal assistance for home purchase deals, including contract review, due diligence and closing support.

3. Info Products

Our info products consist of digital guides, templates and instructional materials related to home purchase procedures.

4. Goods

For physical items such as printed guides or stationery, terms are set below.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the order process. Payments must be completed before delivery of service, digital product or shipment of goods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation or change within 24 hours of booking for virtual consultations, and at least 48 hours for in-person appointments. If notice meets these windows, a full reimbursement of fees will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days. After this period or for requests made outside these windows, fees are non-reimbursable due to the immediate commitment of our team’s time and resources. However, clients may transfer their appointment to another date, subject to availability, by contacting us through the Contact Form.

6.2 Info Products

Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. Due to instant access, all fees for info products are final and no reimbursements are provided, except when a product is defective or materially misrepresented. In such cases, please report the issue within 7 days of download, and we will supply a corrected version or issue a fee reversal at our discretion.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Form to obtain a return authorization. Returned items must be in original condition and sent at the purchaser’s expense. Once received and inspected, we will reimburse the shipping fees paid to HomeLawHelp (excluding return postage) via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

7. Modifications

HomeLawHelp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect upon posting on homelawhelp.biz. Continued use of any offering after changes constitutes acceptance.
